What information we handle and why

We handle the information you give us when you join our waitlist or use our service. This includes your name, business name, WhatsApp number, email address, and the details you share about how your business works. We use this to set up your WhatsApp automation, send you booking and reminder messages, and contact you about your account.

We do not own your customer or patient data. You remain responsible for it. We only handle it on your behalf to run the automations you ask us to build.

How we protect it

We keep your information in secure, access-controlled systems. Only the small team building your automation can see it. We use encrypted connections to move data, and we limit access to people who need it to do their job.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are an active client, and for a short time after so we can close your account properly and meet any legal record-keeping needs. Once it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with the tools needed to run your WhatsApp automation, such as the messaging platform and your calendar or booking system. We never sell your data. We do not share it with anyone else unless you ask us to, or the law requires it.

How to ask us to delete your information

You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Just email our Data Protection Officer at dpo@reply.sg with your request. We will confirm what we have removed and let you know when it is done.
